When you subscribe to Ah Saudade or purchase one of our products, we begin preparing your mail. The order preparation time is 24 to 72 hours.
We offer shipping services WITH SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED to mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira, via the regular CTT (Portuguese postal service).
Average Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores is 10 working days after shipment.
Despite our best efforts, delays may occur due to reasons beyond Ah!Saudade's control and constraints or disruptions in the CTT service, which are beyond our responsibility.
Who makes the deliveries?
All deliveries are made via the regular CTT service and will arrive at the mailbox of the address you provided at the time of purchase.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
CTT delivers mail to the address provided. Ah! A Saudade is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses provided in orders. If the address is filled out incorrectly, as a rule of the postal service, the mail is returned to the sender, requiring payment of a new shipping fee for resending the product.
