Letters can be a gift with a specific date; in that case, send us a message so we can schedule the delivery. To guarantee delivery on time, shipments with a specific date are subject to an additional "Green Mail" fee charged by CTT (Portuguese postal service), which varies depending on whether it's within Portugal or from country to country. If you prefer, we can also send it by registered mail, which adds to the price.

Yes, along with the letter we will send a card with the message: “This letter is a memento from someone you know who enjoys reading, appreciates the details, and will smile upon receiving mail,” indicating who it is from and for whom it is addressed.

Yes, provided you notify us one month in advance to prevent mail from continuing to be sent to the address initially provided. Contact us to update your information and ensure you continue receiving mail at your desired address.

The cards cover diverse themes, recall Portuguese traditions, and celebrate the festive dates of the national calendar – which don't always coincide in every country. Each year we will add new themes each month. The approach never touches on sensitive topics, such as political or religious ideas, for example, which could cause discomfort. We want the cards to evoke emotions, tears, and smiles, but always to be good memories.

The letters are for adults of all ages. The tone and language aim to be accessible to everyone, with stories of a universal nature, regardless of age or academic background.

No, but the typography used was intended to evoke typing. The illustrations or drawings are original and developed for Ah! Saudade and produced by each artist according to their technique, whether watercolor, drawing or any other method, and are then reproduced digitally.

The Ah!Saudade mail is always identified with the brand's stamp and label. The letters circulate in green envelopes and are authenticated with a white stamp.

Yes, but they require payment of the respective shipping costs. In the case of products in the "Collector's Edition" section, shipments to the United States of America are not possible due to current legal restrictions, but letters can be sent to any country.
